This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information that Z-Laundry collects from you when you download and use Z-Laundry App, Website, and/or any other online or offline communications. This Privacy Policy also clarifies how Z-Laundry may use and disclose such information.
1- Collection of Your Personal Information.
Z-Laundry collects information from you when you register or create an online account with or through the Services, use our Services, sign up for our email list, use our Garment Care and related services, make a purchase, fill out surveys and enter promotions or request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us using phone or email or any other available medium. Your full name, mobile phone number, email address, address (for pickup and delivery), password and certain preferences.
Certain standard browser information, such as your browser type, IP address, and access times.
Information on the items you give us for processing, including type, color, brand, size, and service requested. This is done to ensure the best Service is provided to you, and to continuously enhance our Services.
Upon referring a friend to Z-Laundry, we will ask for your friend's contact information. We will then send a message to your friend inviting him/her to sign-up for Z-Laundry through the App or Website. We store this information to send the referral messages and track how our referral program is performing.
2- Use of Your Personal Information.
Z-Laundry collects and uses your Information to manage and constantly improve the App. These uses may include:
Performing regular analyses for improving the Services; enhancing the user experience of the App, make them more user friendly, and improving the delivery of the Services and displaying content, promotions and advertising that are designed for your interests.
Respond to your orders and requests for Garment Care and related services which includes verifying, confirming, picking up and delivering your order, in addition to communicating with you when needed to provide you with service-related announcements.
Review the usage and processes of our Services, develop new products or services, and conduct evaluation and analysis to improve our content, products, and services.
Z-Laundry may also use your information to communicate with you regarding the Services or send you surveys and promotions to inform you about other services introduced.
For other purposes disclosed at the time you provide your information or otherwise with your consent.
3- Sharing your information
We do not rent, share, sell or trade your personal information or geo-location information other than what’s disclosed within this Privacy Policy. We may share the information we collect from and about you in the following ways:
We may share your information with Z-Laundry affiliates and subsidiaries for operational, marketing, and promotional purposes.
We may share your information with third party service providers that provide business, operational or technical support functions for us to be able to pickup and delivery your orders and fully complete the transaction
In the event of a corporate merger or acquisition, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, personal information may be part of the transferred assets. Thus, if any time Z-Laundry or any of its assets is acquired by another entity in whole or part, information collected about you may be shared and/or transferred to such entity. Your Account is normally protected by a password for your privacy and security. So, please limit access to your device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your Account. Z-Laundry understands the importance of keeping your personal information private and secure. 5- Information Retainment Period
Personal information provided by you will be retained as long as the purpose for which the information was collected continues. Afterwards, Z-Laundry will attempt to destroy or delete the information or remove the means by which the information can be associated with you, unless its retention is required to satisfy legal, regulatory, accounting or other business requirements or to protect Z-Laundry's interests.

The Services may have links to third-party websites, which may have privacy policies that differ from our own. We are not responsible for the practices of such sites.
Z-Laundry may use cookies to collect non-personal information and information. Cookies are small text files a website uses to recognize repeated activity and include information that can be read by a web server in the domain that released the cookie. You can accept or decline cookies.
The Services may also offer you the ability to interact with social plugins from social media sites, which may allow us and/or the social media site to receive information about you.
Your decision to use a social network plugin is subject to each social media website’s privacy policy, which may be different from this Privacy Policy, so we encourage you to read these policies carefully before attempting to use those social media websites
Z-Laundry may use third party analytics products to collect, study and analyze Information about how you are using and interacting with the App, and the Services. Z-Laundry may provide Information to these analytics providers to obtain statistics and other information about how users are using and interacting with Z-Laundry. These analytics providers may use a variety of established or new tracking technologies or tools (including, without limitation, cookies, web beacons, HTTP cache, local shared objects, and persistent identifiers) to recognize your computer or device and/or to collect or compile this information. Z-Laundry doesn’t have control over the tools, practices, or technologies of the third parties that provide analytics services to Z-Laundry.
7- Child’s privacy
The App, the Website and the Services are intended for general audiences, and Z-Laundry neither directs the Services to nor knowingly collects any Personal Information from or about children under the age of thirteen. If it comes to our knowledge that a child under the age of thirteen has provided personally identifiable information to the App, the Website, or the Services, we will use reasonable efforts to remove such information from our files and systems immediately.
8- E-mail Communications.
Upon registering for an Account or using the Services provided by Z-Laundry, we may send you daily or weekly e-mails. If you wish to opt out from receiving emails from Z-Laundry, please notify us by e-mail at (support@z-laundry.com) with the subject line (opt out of emails) and make sure to include sufficient information for us to identify your account, including your name, email address and the details of your request.
9- Accessing and Modifying Your Information
You may log in to your account page on the App to update your profile. You can also update your address and special preferences or email us at support@z-laundry.com. If you choose to deactivate your account, please email us at support@z-laundry.com with the subject line (deactivate account). However, we may still retain certain information for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to enforce our Terms, resolve disputes and prevent fraud.

We may modify this privacy policy or revise portions of this Privacy Policy at any time, in our sole discretion and such modification shall be effective immediately upon either posting the modified privacy policy on the App, the Website or notifying you.
